Research Team

The Orgelpark Research Program is carried out by an international research team. The composition of this team varies, so feel free to send us your paper, idea, plan if you'd like to include some organ related musicology in your musicological or musical education.

The first project of the Orgelpark Research Program is the Improvisation Project (2008-2011). The research team counts ten members, who are researching historical, contemporary and aesthetical aspects of organ related improvisation art. In a way, the project combines traditional musicological research (synchrone and diachrone) with elements of the so-called New Musicology.
