Ever more often, the organs at the Orgelpark are played by musicians not trained in traditional organ classes. The output is fascinating: organs appear to be capable of musics and sounds fresher and more inspiring than ever before. The International Orgelpark Symposium 2022 brings these musicians together, providing a platform for them to exchange views, ideas, and dreams in lectures, talks, and discussions. Moreover, they will share music in three grand concerts as well: Jacob Lekkerkerker and Artvark on Thursday 9 June, Kali Malone on Friday 10 June, and Charlemagne Palestine on Saturday 11 June. Anyone interested is invited to join, not the least in the many discussions that will take place; admission is free.
