Orders as a GastVriend

You can buy tickets up to two hours before the start of a concert. You will receive your admission ticket by email upon placing your order. If you prefer to order your tickets by email or over the phone, please find more information below. You can check our agenda for ordering tickets.

Orders as Vriend or guest

You can buy tickets online up to two hours before the start of a concert. You can only order tickets online when paying with iDEAL directly. You will receive your admission ticket by email upon completing your order. You can check our agenda for reserving tickets.

Tickets that have been reserved through mail, fax or email can be picked up and paid for at the box office starting 75 minutes before the start of a concert. Reserved tickets have to be claimed 30 minutes before the start of a concert at the latest. We would appreciate it if you cancel your reservation should you not be able to attend. In this way others can join us for the concert. 

Buying tickets at the box office

You can pay in cash or by PIN at our box office. We do not accept theatre vouchers.

Visitor Conditions

• No entry after the start of a concert
• Recording audio and/or video during concerts is not allowed
• Mobile phones have to be switched off
• Checking coats, bags and umbrellas at the cloakroom is mandatory

Information for the differently abled

There are public parking spots designated in front of the building for people with disabilities. The Orgelpark is accessible for the differently abled; if you use a wheelchair you can use the left entrance. To make your visit as pleasant as possible you can notify us of your specific requirements when you make your reservation. The seats available for you are on the main floor of the concert hall. Seeing-eye dogs are welcome, as long as you let us know beforehand. The Orgelpark has an audio induction loop system.

How to reach us: public transport and parking

We strongly advise you to visit us by public transport.

Public transport: Tram line 1 and 11, stop Jan Pieter Heijestraat. You can use  www.9292.nl to plan your trip.

Parking in the city centre is difficult and expensive. It is not possible to park in the Gerard Brandtstraat. The cheapest option is to park at a P+R terrein. P+R Bos en Lommer or P+R Sloterdijk have the most convenient public transport connection to the Orgelpark. The tram stops around the Orgelpark belong to the Centrum area. In addition, you can park your car in a parking garage  (World Fashion Centre or Parkeergarage Byzantium).
