Pianist Albert van Veenendaal was one of the designers of Musician 3.0, a department for authentic makers at the Utrecht Conservatory. With a number of graduates - who now have a flourishing career - he forms 'Het Eye in de Naald', an ensemble that explores what it means to be human in today's world through stories, songs, poetry and improvisations: 'Myths and allegories have shown us the way for centuries, but today new stories are urgently needed. Stories that may shed light on the challenges we face.'
