De Keybird

Icelandic keyboardist Kristján Martinsson presents his Keybird, a lightweight una corda piano that is not only portable but also capable of transmitting MIDI signals. During the recording of his "1035," a nod to Bach's flute sonata with the code BWV 1035, he used this function to control two analog synthesizers. For the concert at the Orgelpark, Martinsson will play one or two organs at the Orgelpark with the Keybird and a computer.
