International Portative Organ Day

International Portative Organ Day is a new initiative by Orgelpark in collaboration with portative organ player Catalina Vicens. This day is about introducing the portative organ that was used in the middle ages by traveling musicians to a new generation of musicians.

Een intensieve middag met veel muziek, onder andere door Catalina Vicens en Christophe Deslignes, gesprekken met orgelmakers zoals Winold van der Putten, en een interactieve lezing over hoe een portatief kan worden ingezet in oude en nieuwe muziek.
